With mouthwatering menu items featuring the freshest summer flavors, every staff member, student, administrator and professor will find something they love, delivered on time and professionally.

Whatever event you're planning and whatever kind of catering you need, order for your next event by phone, e-mail or with a quick online form and start this school year right. 

Why have a Red Zone date? 

There are three color zones when ordering catering.

• Green:  Means that the date is good, just place your order.

• Yellow: This is the 9 to 14 day out from your event date. It is okay to order on the yellow dates.

• RED: This is any order within an 8 day window.  You cannot order in this zone using the online Catertrax system.

Dining Services developed a specific date that allows you to order your "last minute request".  The Specific Red Zone date helps us gather the resources to make sure we can execute your event.

Do not place any red zone request on yellow or green dates.
